**What You’ll Do:**
As a vital member of the team, you will contribute to key operational projects and initiatives by providing comprehensive administrative support. Your efforts will directly impact team productivity and the smooth functioning of critical programs.
* Process and manage orders for various operational resources.
* Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and cases promptly.
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive program records.
* Update and load critical operational data, including daily activity metrics.
* Facilitate expense approvals for team members.
* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to various internal teams, including digital initiatives, ensuring smooth program facilitation and record-keeping.
* Develop and produce essential support materials, such as promotional documents.
* Undertake additional administrative tasks as required to ensure seamless operations.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity in both speaking and listening.
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS Word.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrated high level of professionalism in an office environment.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to sit and use normal office equipment (phone, computer, etc.) for more than 90% of the day.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Experience with Salesforce and SAP systems.
